Lottery picks up in China

China’s Ministry of Finance announced March earned RMB10.5b ($1.5b), a 70% drop from the same month the previous year. Despite the downturn, operators are slowly coming back after the pandemic shutdowns. Beijing is the last region to resume lottery operations, and while sales are slow after a protracted lockdown, operators remain hopeful.
